It's finally here: Iconic. This is the new visual tool that replaces NeoIconer. In addition to being a lot easier to use, it allows you to build iconsets for OpenOffice, NeoOffice, and StarOffice on all platforms!

Download the program (current version 0.9.2):

WARNING: NeoOffice users 2.0.x Alpha 3 and before, there is a permissions issue running Iconic.
The problem is the directory where the icons are stored in NeoOffice doesn't have permission to write. Unix savvy types can just chmod it themselves, but for the rest of you, I wrote a little script to do it:
